The MLN is committed to the great commission and the making of disciples across Lincolnshire. We want to see the raising generations won for Christ through effective mission to children and families, teenagers and young adults.

We recognize the need to hold a balance of inherited forms of church alongside new wine skins that create a mixed ecology in the one body of Christ, often in the same parish and sharing the same building. We recognize the gifts and skills of one another across the network and will look to cross fertilize good ideas and practice from one context to another, including developing a healthy culture around safeguarding. We will look to collaborate on future revitalisation projects in the apostolic giving away of leaders, team members and mutual support under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. We will work together to create a leadership pathway and pipeline for growing our ministry teams across the region, including future church leaders. We will be committed to praying for one another.
